There are some terms and conditions for Teacher and Students

Terms and Conditions for Teachers

  • 60% of the first month's fee will be charged as commission. 25% commission will be charged for package based/Short term courses.
  • short time duration is upto one month or based on the package.
  • First payment will be collected by the officials of CallMyHomeTutor.com. Tutor needs to appear for an interview before he/she is finally selected as a tutor through at office or by video calling.
  • Maximum of two chances will be given to the tutor to prove themselves. Future assignments will solely depend on the performance of the tutor.
  • CallMyHomeTutor.com adheres to the highest standards of academic rigor in all its work any lapse on the part of the tutor will lead to the immediate elimination of his/her name from CallMyHomeTutor.com database.
  • It is tutor's responsibility to pay the comission within a week if he/she received payment form the client. If it is not done, he/she will be charged as a minimum Rs 151 per day as fine.
  • After completing one year, If any tuition assingned to any tutor and it continues for the next year or any tuition introduce by our client. Tutor will have to pay the commission as given above.
  • If long term tuitions are discontinued because of any reason then callmyhometutor.com is not responsible.
  • If any client calls a tutor after a gap of few days/weeks/months of the trial class then it's the duty of the tutor also to update us about that.
  • If any fraud done by any teacher with any of the client or our officail team www.callmyhometutor.com. So we can take a legal action against him/her under judiciary (delhi).
  • Teachers will not allow to involve in any kind of act like taking money for admission in any kind of school, college and institution.
  • It is tutor's resposibility to update us if their present address, mobile number changed.
  • Tutor will provide his/her Id proof to client if required by them.
  • Before filling online tutor registration form, we are requesting to teacher read all our term and conditions. Your approval will be used for any court under delhi for their judicial process.
  • Tutor must have submit his document through email-id/whatsapp or any kind of messenger.
  • (note: all document should be scan copy of original document)
    • Latest colored passport size photo graph
    • Last achieved marksheet/certificate as a educational qualification.
    • Voter id/Aadhar card/Pan card/Rent agreement as a address proof.
    • Latest electricity bill of present address. (For both renter or permanent residence of state)

Terms and Conditions for Students

  • Take the address proof and a photograph of the tutor CallMyHomeTutor.com will not be responsible for any kind of mishap that takes place.
  • Payment should not be given in advance to the tutor, CallMyHomeTutor.com will not be responsible for any kind of dispute regarding the fee between the two. Fist payment will be collected by callmyhometutor through internet banking/ bank account and cash.
  • We are providing only home tutor, we never suggest to any teacher to provide service like taking admission in any college or school of your child which is against their rule.

Institute

  • 60% of the first month's payment of the faculty will be charged as commission with a minimum of Rs 2000.

Notification of Changes

  • The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers' Personally Identifiable Information, notification by e-mail or postal mail will be made to those affected by this change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our web site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
  • These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
